  Product Description

  The 7405BCBM SKF is a single row angular contact bearing. These bearings feature solid inner and outer rings, named for the contact angle created as the raceways of the inner and outer rings are offset from each other along the bearing axis. The bearing rings have one high and one low shoulder, allowing a large number of balls to be incorporated into the bearing due to the low shoulder. Single row angular contact bearings support high radial forces and axial forces in one direction. The greater the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity.

  The 7405BCBM SKF facilitates universal matching, allowing direct assembly beside each other in various arrangements without the need for shims or spacers to obtain predetermined clearance or preload and/or even load distribution. Paired mounting is used when the load-carrying capacity of a single bearing is insufficient or if there are combined or axial loads in both directions.
