Fitted inside the front differential supporting the shaft for the A.D.D (Automatic Disconnecting Differential) which disengages the front differential allowing you to switch in and out of four-wheel drive on the move.
NSK are the Original manufactures for Toyota for this specific bearing.

This needle roller bearing fits into the actual differential carrier housing inside the front differential.

It is common for this bearing to wear or break when removing or rebuilding the front differential.
